In 1990, after 20 years of service to the Australian Government at the Embassy in Washington, D.C, FD Associates was founded by Fae Daniels to support small and medium companies with the requirements of exporting commodities and technology controlled for export under the ITAR and the EAR. Our team of export consultants and attorneys have over 100 years of combined experience in export licensing and compliance under the ITAR and EAR, and offer hands-on, practical experience.
Our export consultants also advise on the Foreign Trade Regulations, the Office of Foreign Assets Controls, Anti-boycott laws, U.S. Canadian Joint Certification Program (JCP) and the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and support counsel with Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States filings.
